My Story

Coastal Photographics is a passion project born out of the pandemic.

I am a commercial photographer based in central Florida. Most of my shoots involve photographing people for advertising campaigns or editorial assignments. The work you will find here is created out of pure enjoyment. I’ve had a love of the water my entire life and have spent countless hours photographing in, and around the ocean. The slowdown caused by the Coronavirus pandemic provided an opportunity to spend more time in the waves and develop the concept for Coastal Photographics.

Believe it or not, all of the images on this site are captured off Florida’s coast. We have beautiful coastlines, beautiful water and occasionally, we have beautiful waves. Photographing these waves is quite the adventure. I use specialized underwater camera housings that allow me to remain completely immersed while shooting. This allows for dynamic perspectives and it breathes life into the images. It’s an exciting way to photograph the ocean and I love every minute of it.
